    Yes! If a workflow fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. If you believe a workflow failed unfairly, contact support with the workflow ID for manual review.
    What file formats are supported for uploads?
    Supported formats include: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, JSON, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and ZIP files. Maximum file size is 50MB per upload. Check specific workflow requirements for format restrictions.
