PantheraHive ("we", "us", "our") operates a unified platform of productivity, creative, and business applications. This Privacy Policy applies to all PantheraHive services, apps, and websites (collectively, the "Service"), including but not limited to:

- BookReader, AI Study Genius, Sharper4K, Resume Builder

- YouTube Auto-Publisher, Email/SMS Marketing, Sales Forecasting

Information from third parties
When you connect a platform (YouTube, TikTok, Google, etc.), we receive OAuth tokens and basic account info. We store only the minimum data required to perform the integration you authorized.

- Operate the Service — authenticate you, run workflows, process credits
- Improve features — understand usage patterns to build better tools
- Process payments — handle credit purchases and transaction records
- Communicate — send account alerts, security notices, and (with consent) product updates
- Ensure security — detect fraud, enforce terms, protect the platform
- Comply with law — meet legal obligations when required

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property
Content you create through the Service remains subject to our Terms of Service. You may purchase an IP Export to receive full ownership of generated content. See our Terms for details.
Files you upload (books, contracts, documents) remain your property. We access them only to deliver the service you requested.
6. Data Retention

7. Security
- Encryption in transit: All connections use TLS 1.2+
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive data encrypted with AES-256
- Access control: Role-based access; employee access requires MFA
- Regular audits: Security reviews and dependency scans
- Incident response: We will notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed breach
No system is 100% secure. We encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of any suspected issues to security@pantherahive.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correct — Update inaccurate information
- Delete — Request deletion of your account and data
- Export — Receive your data in a portable format
- Restrict — Limit how we process your data
- Object — Opt out of marketing communications at any time

9. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and request your consent.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. We apply the same protections regardless of your location.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
