This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the target audience, serving as the foundational step for designing effective and impactful A/B tests. Based on typical digital product/service usage, we propose the following initial segmentation strategies. * New Visitors/First-Time Users: Users who have never interacted with the product/service before or are in their initial discovery phase.
Hypothesis Focus:* Onboarding, value proposition clarity, initial engagement.
* Returning Visitors/Repeat Users: Users who have engaged previously but may not have converted or are repeat customers.
Hypothesis Focus:* Retention, feature adoption, upselling/cross-selling.
* High-Intent Users: Users exhibiting specific behaviors indicating a strong likelihood to convert (e.g., adding to cart, viewing pricing page, starting a trial).
