Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PantheraHive ("the Platform"), including all associated subdomains, applications, APIs, and services operated by SoftaiDev ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PantheraHive is a unified application ecosystem providing AI-powered workflow automation, content generation, business tools, and creative services. Services include but are not limited to:

• AI workflow execution and deliverable generation
• Business automation tools (CRM, email marketing, sales forecasting)
• Creative tools (music generation, video editing, design kits)
• Developer tools (code generation, API integration, deployment)
• Credit-based billing and usage metering

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Credits and Billing

• Services are metered using a credit system. Each AI operation consumes credits based on the model and complexity.
• Credits can be purchased through the Platform. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Free tier credits may be offered at our discretion and can be revoked at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content you create using the Platform remains yours, subject to the following: PantheraHive retains a 30% ownership share in all AI-generated outputs as specified in the PantheraHive Terms v1 agreement.
• You may not export, redistribute, or resell Platform-generated content without authorization.
• The Platform, its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of SoftaiDev and PantheraHive.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass credit costs, rate limits, or export restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Platform code or data
• Harass other users or submit harmful content to AI models
• Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties

7. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are generated by third-party models (including Google Gemini). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use in production, legal, medical, or financial contexts.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, and force majeure events may affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantheraHive and SoftaiDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your credits are forfeited and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
