These Terms govern your use of PantheraHive services, features, and content (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By default, content and intellectual property (IP) generated using PantheraHive remains under the licensing and usage terms described in your subscription or the applicable product documentation.
PantheraHive offers an IP Export option that transfers full ownership and rights of generated IP to the user ("IP Export"). Choosing IP Export requires a one-time fee of $5,000.00 (five thousand US dollars) per export. Once payment is received and the export process is completed, PantheraHive assigns and transfers all rights, title, and interest in the exported IP to the user, and the user becomes the sole owner of the exported IP free and clear, subject to completion of the export and payment processing.
Payment for IP Export is processed via the payment method on file. Refunds for IP Export are subject to PantheraHive's refund policy and evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Exported IP must not violate third-party rights or applicable laws. PantheraHive reserves the right to refuse export requests that would transfer IP infringing third-party rights or otherwise violate law or policy.
